Sky Haven of Aurora
Sky Haven of Aurora is a hangar complex located at the Southeast corner of Aurora Municipal Airport (KARR). Consisting of 36 steel buildings containing 194 heated and insulated hangar units. Sky Haven is secured by a fence with 2 coded electric vehicle gates.

Impact: Daily management and operations of the Sky Haven association and property, to include working with the Sky Haven Board, Airport Management, Airport Tower, City of Aurora, and Village of Sugar Grove. Multiple phase and daily ongoing project focused on strategy, collaboration and identification of property maintenance needs, sub-lease holder management, master lease management, and continued relationship growth with the city and local governments. Coordination with the FAA regarding property operations.

Nathan Wright Landscape Design
Nathan Wright Landscape Design (“NWLD”) creates inspired placed for outdoor living. Each of their design & build projects are client specific. They begin with understanding what aspects of your existing landscape are important to you, and what features or aspects can be added or improved upon. Their work is site specific and the design is tailored to your landscape.

Impact: Overall assessment and review of company operations to identify best practices. Multiple phase project focused on strategy, collaboration and identification of company wide opportunities for growth, through one-on-one calibration meetings with the leadership team and staff. Provide daily human resources support, focused on employee relations, policies and procedures. Ongoing hiring of key team positions.

A New Approach to Measuring and Improving Healthcare. Practicing Wisely is developing a new generation of quality measures, driven by practicing clinicians – not financial payers or policy makers – to foster self-awareness and promote a culture of appropriateness throughout the medical community.

Impact: Overall review and assessment for new entity creation for spin out from Oliver Wyman, prioritizing key gaps for immediate focus, initial action and quick wins. Establishment of administrative business function, determining critical functions upon launch of new entity vs. upon spin out vs. after spin out from Oliver Wyman. Research and negotiation of favorable options in key areas, brining options to key management for decisions. Key areas included: human resources, payroll, accounting, business insurance policies, banking, office space identification, legal representation, etc. Investment pitch and dry-run support to include pitch creation, potential investor discussions, introductions to personal network.
