With over twenty-five years of experience in the service, start-up, and venture capital worlds, Amanda has honed her skills to get the job done.
Amanda has an extensive background ranging from airport operations, venture capital management, start-up creation and administration, plus an extensive business and human resources background. Additionally, Amanda was the COO of an engineering services firm offers consulting services in the fields of geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials engineering. The firm specialized in pavement mix designs and foundations for major airports, roadways, retailers, and major housing developers. She’s a truly versatile and multi-talented individual.
In her personal time, you’ll find Amanda in the sky flying her plane (she’s a private pilot) or organizing/implementing USA swim meets, and spending time with her family (especially her nieces Alivia & Ashlyn).
Priti Patel

Priti’s expertist lies within coaching for Consult27 clients. She spent four years as Chief Operating Officer at Life Cross Training (LIFE XT), a B2B wellbeing coaching and technology platform focused on increasing employee engagement and eliminating employee burnout. As COO, Priti served clients such as: Deloitte Consulting, Leo Burnett, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Throughout her entrepreneurial endeavor, MindPoint, a mindfulness training program she taught meditation to Chicago-based clients including Peapod, Jellyvision, SpotHero, Navigant Consulting, and GrubHub.
Priti holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
In her personal time, you’ll find Priti traveling the world and exploring ashrams with her husband Ankit.
Steve Schleede
Multi-Talented Utility Man
Steve provides consulting, advice, counsel and services in many topic areas. His professional career included over 48 years as a consulting engineer, 38 of which were CEO of a respected firm, which he founded. He is actively registered as a professional engineer in 10 Midwestern states. Steve has extensive experience working with federal, state and local entities from both an engineering and airport operations perspective. He enjoys a reputation as “the guy that can fix anything,” a talent that’s especially useful when assisting in relocation services and office space build outs.
He is a resource in advising small business principals in HR, operations, and fiscal matters, having personally fought those wars himself. Steve has a Bachelor and Masters degree from Cornell University.
In his spare time he is a private pilot, runs his own airport and is a very experienced offshore sailor. Additionally, he is the Past Commodore of the Mackinac Island Yacht Club as well as a member of the Manitowoc Yacht Club.
Stephanie DeHond
TEAM MEMBER
Stephanie is Amanda's second set of eyes and ears for all things regarding office moves. She is there to assist you and your staff and the Consult 27 Team in organizing and preparing for your move. Stephanie was an influential part of the PhysIQ office move; she helped in the day to day problem solving and tasks during the physical move. Her expertise lies in thinking on her feet and helping put out logistical fires when they arise. Stephanie has her BSN and is a Pediatric Nurse at Lurie Children's Hospital here in Chicago and her flexible schedule allows her to be actively involved in your office moves and a variety of projects with Amanda. Noting that, it means she's well organized and great with time management!
In her spare time you can find Stephanie at a spin or kickboxing class, spending time with her friends and family, or binge watching The Office. Stephanie hails from Rochester, NY and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.
